16 personality

what is the 16 personality assessment?

The 16 Personality test is a thorough assessment that helps you categorize potential candidates into different types of personalities. This assessment has been offering many employers the chance to comprehensively measure a candidate’s suitability for the role beyond a resume. Our 16 Personality Assessment has been created by a professional psychometrician, which is based upon the model proposed by Carl Jung. It is a self-reporting questionnaire, gauging the candidate’s preferences under diverse situations.

Once the candidates have taken the test, they will be provided with a four-letter combination based result, which will be one of the 16 types of personalities. This way, you will be able to assess if the candidate has the right personality alongside proficient skills to join your company.

Our test will analyze the candidates’ personality in four different dichotomies, which include:

1

Extraversion vs. Introversion:

It helps you determine if a candidate is an extrovert or an introvert. The extraverts often showcase better people interactions, whereas the introverts prefer working independently.

2

Sensing vs. Intuition:

This assessment scale measures the ability of individuals how process the given information. The Sensing types are often more detail-oriented, whereas the intuitive types are more like the dreamers who keep thinking about the long-term possibilities.

3

Judging vs. Perceiving:

This scale determines the candidates’ approach towards their loves. The judgers are often the planners who like organization and structure, whereas the perceivers are considered more spontaneous with open options.

4

Thinking vs. Feeling:

This aspect is to determine if candidates are thinkers with an approach to analyze data and rely on facts for making decisions. On the contrary, it also evaluates if a candidate is more of a feeling type, prioritizing empathy and considering how their decisions would impact others.

about the creator of ducknowl’s 16 personality assessment

Andrijana Pujic is a certified psychometrician with more than 15 years of experience in creating diverse cognitive and personality instruments. She has studied psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Nis from 2006 to 2012, and attained her Master’s degree. Psychometry was one of the important parts of her career studies, following which she also took different courses on HR development.

Her efforts in conducting assertiveness training, workshops, and market research made her the right fit to not just help companies pick the right talent but also improve the industry standards in candidate hiring. After attaining her Master’s degree, she became a Psychology teacher for high school students, and also used her psychometric knowledge to create personality trait hiring assessments.

Companies have adopted her assessment instruments for assessing financial controllers, managers, sales personnel, administrators, and IT professionals. So far, she has been designing tests to determine personality qualities of candidates that can ensure culture fit, dedication, and performance.

In pursuit of that, she dedicated her expertise and subject matter knowledge to create the 16 Personality Assessment for Ducknowl. During the process, she adhered to thorough validation reports of hundreds of candidates.
