How to Integrate Ducknowl Export Method with JazzHR
JazzHR is proud to partner with Ducknowl to enhance and streamline your candidate screening process. Ducknow’s export method works when a JazzHR user wants to export resumes to Ducknowl and use Ducknowl’s resume screening and any other assessment tools. In this method, Jazz HR users will have to log in to Ducknowl to do resume screening, one-way interviews, and skill assessments.
Ducknowl offers a pre-employment testing solution that speeds up the hiring process.
Integrate JazzHR with Ducknowl to start sending and receiving tests as part of your Workflow.
To integrate JazzHR with Ducknowl:
Connect Ducknowl Account
- Click Settings.
- Click Integrations.
- Scroll down to the “Ducknowl” section.
- Click More Details.
- Click Connect.
- In the window, you’ll need to input the Client ID and Client Secret. Please contact your Ducknowl Account Manager if you’re unable to locate these in your Ducknowl account.
Send Candidates to Ducknowl via Workflow Helper
Add Ducknowl tests into your job-specific Workflow or Workflow Templates. To add the exporting of candidates to Ducknowl via a Workflow Helper, follow the steps below.
Job-Specific Workflow:
- Go to Jobs.
- Select the Job on which you want to send a Ducknowl assessment.
- Click Edit Job.
- Navigate to the Workflow tab.
- Find the stage at which you’d like the Ducknowl assessment sent out.
- Click Add.
- Select Send to Ducknowl from the drop-down.
Workflow Template:
- Go to Settings > Workflows.
- Select the workflow template on which you want to send a Ducknowl assessment.
- Find the stage at which you’d like the Ducknowl assessment sent out.
- Click Add.
- Select Send to Ducknowl from the drop-down.
View Ducknowl Results
Once a candidate has completed the assessment, you can view results in your Ducknowl account.
